Welcome to my personal web site. My name is Goetz Botterweck. I'm a Senior Research Fellow and Project Leader at Lero, the Irish Software Research Centre.

In my work, I promote Model-driven Software Engineering, focussing on three themes:

  1. Variability and Feature-oriented Software Engieering – consider families of systems and variations among them, rather than individual systems
  2. Evolution – deal with continuous change as the standard case
  3. Interactive visual tools integrated with formal reasoning to manage complexity

You can find my publications at DBLP, Google Scholar, ACM Digital Library, and Scopus. ORCID 0000-0002-5556-1660.
